God Is Enlarging Your Territory

Scripture: 1 Chronicles 4:10

Jabez asked God for blessing, enlarged territory and His presence. This prayer reminds us to depend on God as we step into the responsibilities and opportunities He gives us. It is a prayer of trust, not a guarantee of wealth or an easy life.

An enlarged territory may mean more room to encourage a neighbor, mentor a younger woman or serve a family. Ask God to expand your capacity for faithful service and help you steward what He places in your hands.

Reflect: Where is God inviting you to serve? What fear do you need to bring to Him? What faithful step can you take this week?

Prayer: Lord, guide my steps and shape my desires. Expand my heart for Your purpose. Help me serve with humility, courage and love. Amen.
